With over 15 years industry experience, Wolvin Developments is an independent, family run, building and structural consultancy company based in Guildford, Surrey that aims to provide you with cost efficient building solutions to ensure you have the home of your dreams. We are an energetic team thriving to fulfil your new or improvement works.

We can undertake as much or as little of your project as required; starting from the initial ground works and demolition, we can follow your project through to internal completion. We can achieve this working alongside your own architect and trades, such as electrical and plumbing contractors, or using our own network to recommend the best skilled professional to complete your works. We strive to always focus on our clients, and that includes ensuring that you have the right team working on your project.
We pride ourselves that we work alongside local trades, builders merchants and specialist suppliers such as kitchen specialists', Farnham Furnishers. We always aim to support local businesses, and believe that utilising local merchants to our projects can be beneficial.

The Process
There are many different ways properties can be improved; renovations to your existing floor plan or by extending (1 storey or 2 storey). Once you have decided on the project you want to undertake, you should now engage with an Architect in order to produce planning drawings and building regulation drawings. Some projects will require planning permission and others may be under permitted development. If you are unsure as to whether you require planning or not, this is something Wolvin Developments can advise on. However drawings will still be required for building regulations and for us to know how you want your project to be constructed!

Once your plans are completed and agreed, we can provide a full detailed quotation outlining the details of the project, the scope of work required to complete the project as per the design, a proposed start date and an expected duration to complete the project. Our quotations are provided free of charge. Upon agreement of the quotation, we will confirm the start date and provide a programme of works on request. This will give you a complete outline of the schedule of works so that you are aware of which elements of your project will be completed and when you can expect the project completion date!

We can manage the project from beginning to end, meaning that you don't have to organise multiple trades and suppliers allowing the stress to be taken off your shoulders. Regular meetings and liaising with you to discuss the project progress throughout so that you are in the know and making decisions where and when required, and finally, the project will be complete.
