Project - 15

Without extending, we removed internal walls and structurally supported to open this room up, allowing space for a fantastic set of sliding doors creating more of a connection with a wonderful garden. Leaving the exposed brick wall and the custom built bulkhead above the island provide focal features to this welcoming kitchen diner.

Who says you can't do amazing things with a small budget? It's never too late to be getting your garden ready for the next spring/summer ahead. With a small budget and reusing as many old materials as possible, the bottom of this garden has been transformed to spend the last of the evening sun with space to grow herbs and vegetables.

Project - 13

A beautiful u-shaped kitchen supplied by Wren Kitchens and installed by us to update the customers kitchen space. Keeping the existing floors and no demolition or structural work, you don't always need to do large scale works to give the home a fresh feel; a new modern kitchen improving functionality, a fresh lick of paint and upgraded electrics.

Project - 12

This project saw a small extension out the front of the garage, freeing up space at the back to create a separate utility room. Removing an internal wall between the existing kitchen and dining room, allowed us to create a large open plan living dining room to suit modern living. We installed a Wren Kitchens kitchen and utility to finish off this fantastic new space.

Project - 11

This project saw us maximising the outside space at this property to it's full potential and making it into a fantastic entertaining space. The homeowners wanted to use wasted space at the back of their garden. By utilising pine sleepers to be in keeping with existing features we created a low maintenance edging and deck surround to create two (an upper and lower) sections for socialising and relaxing. We extended the existing patio using the same Indian Sandstone slabs and created a new easily accessible deck.

Not all projects have to be large projects, sometimes the smaller projects can provide just as much satisfaction. The front retaining wall of this home was in need of desperate attention not only because it was structurally failing but also to help improve the kerb appeal for the homeowners (and neighbours!)

Project - 09

For this wonderful couple, we removed the wall separating the dining room and the kitchen, moving the kitchen to the front of the house, allowing the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the new open plan dining space and out into the garden.  A new internal window from the hall into the dining area gives a garden view from the front door and brings much needed light into the hall way. Finished with a wonderful bespoke kitchen from Farnham Furnishers.

A full renovation for this '70's home with a rear extension also completed under permitted development. The homeowner still wanted to recognise the 70's design but fully update the house to meet with 21st century living. This has been achieved by a modern open concept living with tonnes of natural light flowing through the large picture windows, French doors and sky lights but while keeping an restoring original features such as parquet flooring in the lounge. The bespoke handmade kitchen only further adds to the uniqueness of this interior.

This project saw us extend and convert an old outbuilding of a Grade II listed property into a fantastic studio, complete with kitchenette and bathroom. It is fully equipped as the perfect work from home space but also a beautiful home from home for any visitors. Customised with bespoke joinery, live edge walnut desk and kitchen splashback using reclaimed glass tiles from the original forge. The large bi-folding windows all the home owners to maximise on natural light and really achieve the feel of letting the outside in.

This project saw us transforming the customers back garden following on from an extensive refurbishment of their property. An Indian Sandstone patio flows across the back of the house and down a natural path to a more private patio for the garden summer house. Dedicated raised sleep beds for homegrown fruit and vegetables is surrounded by loose stone for easy maintenance. Oak columns provide a visual interest and contained area for modern water feature.

Project - 04

After a new development of three properties within an existing barn structure, the developers needed to ensure that the gardens were secure and private for the future homeowners. We installed featheredge fencing along with custom storage sheds and bespoke stable gate.

Project - 03

This project had us converting an existing conservatory structure into a warm and cosy additional living space for this family. The new additional space now has electrics, heating, fully plastered walls but also still of natural light coming through. A fantastic way to add more usable, value-adding space to this home while still using the existing footage of the home.

Project - 02

For this project we were helping the owners create an incredible base for their new garage. This raft foundation was large in size, 11m x 11m and definitely provided us with challenges as while digging the foundations, it was found that the new proposed location was on top of an old swimming pool which had been infilled as opposed to remove. Our team work hard to ensure the groundworks were completed to a high standard and ensure that water was not being retained in the old swimming pool structure.

Project - 01

We turned this parking area at the back of the property in a wonderful garage. Fully rendered, roof, fascia's, soffits and guttering to match the main property this garage feels as if it has always been there. The rear door provides easy access from the rear garden and is fully complete inside with UPVC skirtings and a resin painted floor in fantastic Leaf Green.
